Thousands of Northstate PG&E customers without power
Redding California: Thousands of Northstate PG&E customers lost power Tuesday afternoon as high winds moved into the area.
According to the PG&E outage map, 803 customers in Chico lost power around 2:18 p.m. Crews have been assigned to assess the outage but an estimated time of restoration has not been listed.
In Tehama County, 2,225 customers in the Corning area lost power around 1:44 p.m. and power was not expected to be restored until 8:30 p.m.

Rawson Rd. is now closed from Viola to South Ave due to a downed power pole.
PG & E is en route with no estimated time of reopening.

PG&E had planned an outage in the Rancho Tehama and Corning area Tuesday while crews worked on damaged power poles but those outages were only expected to impact roughly 850 customers.
