Premio Lo Nuestro 2023 will recognize 39 categories

The most traditional celebration of Latin music in the United States continues to recognize the pop, urban, regional Mexican and tropical genres. This year it is made up of 39 categories, seven of which are new, among which are Tour Of The Year, Revelation Artist – Regional Mexican, Album Of The Tropical Year.

A total of 192 artists make up the list of nominees, but only Sebastián Yatra managed to stand out and lead the group of artists with the most nominations. The Colombian achieved 10 nominations and is closely followed by Bad Bunny, Becky G, Camilo and Grupo Firme, with 9 nominations each. Tonight we will know who will be the one with the most awards to take home.

Artists who will perform at Premio Lo Nuestro and special collaborations

More than 30 artists have confirmed their participation in this unique celebration. Carlos Rivera, Ricardo Montaner, Maluma along with Marc Anthony, Gloria Trevi, Ozuna, Mau and Ricky, Pepe Aguilar, are just some of those who will be and have appeared at rehearsals at the Miami-Dade Arena.

As every year, the Premio Lo Nuestro stage is chosen by many artists to premiere a song worldwide, present it for the first time on TV, or simply have a special collaboration with another colleague. Some examples of this are:

Maluma and Marc Anthony will sing their most recent single "La Fórmula" for the first time on TV.

Arthur Hanlon will accompany with his piano the singing of Lupita Infante, Goyo and Ivy Queen.

Christian Nodal and Tini will perform their hit 'For the Rest of Your Life'.

Carlos Rivera and Ricardo Montaner will entertain the public with a special collaboration.

Prince Royce will premiere on TV his most recent single.

Grupo Frontera and Fuerza Regida will present their song 'Bebé Dame'.

Aymée Nuviola and Melendi will move everyone with their song 'Pan Para Yolanda'.

Ivy Queen, Víctor Manuelle and Intocable will be honored at Premio Lo Nuestro 2023

This year the singer Ivy Queen will receive the Premio Lo Nuestro Legado Al Género Urbano award for being the inspiration and paving the way for new female artists in a genre dominated by men. To celebrate, 'La Caballota' will take the stage to take a tour of her greatest hits.

Salsa singer Víctor Manuel will be awarded the Lo Nuestro Award for Lifetime Achievement for his 30-year musical career. The singer will be paid tribute by figures such as Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Norberto Vélez, Tito Nieves and Noel Schajris.

On behalf of the regional Mexican genre, the Intocable group will be honored with the Lo Nuestro Award for Excellence and a tribute is also being prepared in which its members will share the stage with Pepe Aguilar and Grupo Firme.
